Crystal Samms is Lenape from Munsee Delaware First Nation. The current Board Chair/President of Gabriel Dumont Non-Profit Homes (Metro Toronto) Inc.

Where she lived as a young child. Crystal has worked in the Urban Indigenous Non-Profit Community in Toronto for the past 8 years. She is the current Secretary for TASSC (Toronto Aboriginal Support Services Council) for the past 2 years. Crystal also sits on the Toronto District School Board's - Urban Indigenous Community Advisory Committee.

Crystal has a strong passion for Housing the Indigenous community in Toronto paired with supportive resources that decolonize and support the pathways to self determination for the betterment of our culture, spirits and wellbeing (Miino Bimadziwiin).
