Justine Wilson is of Ojibwe ancestry, with roots in both the Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation in Neyaashiinigmiing, Ontario, and Aundeck Omni Kaning First Nation on Manitoulin Island.

Raised in the city while maintaining strong connections to her Indigenous heritage, she has built her career around community leadership, housing, and creating opportunities for Indigenous families.

With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, property management, and housing operations, Justine brings extensive knowledge and a people-centered approach to her work. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to advancing Indigenous housing initiatives and supporting community development through safe, affordable, and culturally responsive housing.

As General Manager, Justine provides strategic leadership focused on collaboration, accountability, and service excellence. She is passionate about building strong partnerships, strengthening organizational capacity, and creating housing environments where Indigenous individuals and families can thrive.
